Site management is my work today — retrofit coordination is where I’m taking it next.
The UK’s homes have to be retrofitted to reach net-zero, and that work runs to the PAS 2035 standard. I’m an ECMK-accredited Domestic Energy Assessor and a qualified Retrofit Assessor, ABBE Level 5 qualified in Retrofit Coordination & Risk Assessment, with a specialism in older & traditional buildings — bringing the same on-site discipline, H&S governance and plant experience I deliver in civils into retrofit.

I’m a Site Manager — trade-grounded and qualification-stacked, working civils and commercial sites across South West England. Boots-to-boardroom means exactly that: I run the plant myself — loading, haulage and earthmoving — and manage compliance, temporary works and reporting. Not someone who just signs paperwork from a portacabin.
I’m now moving into PAS 2035 retrofit.
